How responses look

When your agent replies, you get proper formatted text — headings, lists, bold, tables, code blocks — the way it’s meant to look, not a mess of raw markdown symbols.

This matters more than it sounds. A long answer full of **asterisks** and #hashes is hard to read. Hyo renders it the same way Obsidian renders your notes, so a reply reads cleanly and you can take in a structured answer at a glance.

A Hyo reply rendered as clean formatted text, with the agent’s steps shown as expandable lines.

When your agent does something — reads a file, searches your vault, makes an edit — that step shows up in the conversation as its own line you can expand. Click it open to see exactly what it did and what came back. Leave it closed and it stays out of your way.

So you always have the option of seeing the work, without the detail cluttering the reply.
